Job Description
Work Flexibility: Field-based
Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance during surgical procedures. Train, conduct in-services, and educate customers on product use. Offer feedback on product design to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
1. Support surgeons and OR staff with training and technical support for robotic applications, ensuring proper placement and precision.
2. Use proprietary software for pre-operative planning and assist in implant sizing and positioning.
3. Prepare reports on case reviews, services, and recommendations for product and process improvements, maintaining inventory and processing sales orders.
4. Support demonstrations and visits to showcase product value.
5. Train hospital personnel on the use of the RIO System and related products.
6. Report complaints promptly according to quality system requirements.
7. Resolve product issues efficiently for customers.
8. Provide case coverage at unassigned accounts.
9. Assist in sales planning and increase product utilization among surgeons.
10. Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff, promoting clinical benefits.
11. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase product awareness.
12. Manage product orders and inventories, supporting manual and revision cases, and key account management.
Qualifications
* High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred in business or a related technical field.
* At least 2 years’ experience in sales or technical roles within healthcare or related industries.
* Knowledge of customer service principles, office technology, and business procedures.
* Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Ability to analyze specifications and assist with product selection.
* Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
