Job Title: Geotechnical Engineer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

The Role
As a Geotechnical Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Designing and overseeing ground investigations
Carrying out Phase 1 Desk Studies and supporting Phase 2 site investigations
Producing geotechnical and interpretative reports
Undertaking geotechnical risk assessments
Soil and groundwater sampling, monitoring and logging
Liaising with clients, contractors and internal project teams
You will also work closely with senior engineers and have the opportunity to support and mentor junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements
A degree in Geology, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
Experience working within a geotechnical or ground investigation consultancy
Based within a commutable distance of Derby
Full UK driving licence
