Facilities Coordinator

Position: 6‑Month FTC based in Newcastle or Edinburgh.

As a Facilities Coordinator you will collaborate with your colleagues to inspire customers and create great results every day. You will act as an ambassador for the operations team, represent CBRE and the client’s brand, oversee day‑to‑day operations of Facilities Services, provide high‑quality customer service, administer office administration, health and safety activities, and handle ad‑hoc service requests. You will be responsible for all FM services on the client’s site, conduct inspection rounds, ensure quality, cleanliness, and safety, and manage purchase orders and the resolution of facility‑service requests.


Role Responsibilities

* Assist the Facility Management team in building operations and maintenance.
* Handle all kinds of inquiries—internal and external—to ensure top‑notch service.
* Prepare reports, invoicing, and other administrative tasks related to the customer.
* Coordinate, plan, and execute special events and conferences for client departments or office events.
* Order and receive shipments.


Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proactive, open to new solutions, and able to handle constantly changing situations.
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality.
* Knowledge and experience with finances is an advantage.
