Job Duties:
* Provide behavioural support to students in educational settings
* Implement and monitor behaviour support plans
* Assist in developing and delivering tailored interventions
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
* Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with children or young adults with behavioural challenges
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and de-escalate challenging situations
Education:
A relevant qualification in education, psychology, or a related field ideally.
Experience:
Prior experience in a similar role is desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of behavioural management techniques
* Ability to create and implement behaviour support plans
* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in behaviour management or special education
* Certification in counselling or related field
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in educational settings with students who require behaviour support. The work may be emotionally demanding at times.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
