Ensure that behaviour is in accordance with the company Health & Safety guidelines. Manage and facilitate health and safety activities in a manner that ensures all statutory and company requirements are achieved and maintained in support of the business objectives. Lead health and safety, driving tangible improvements in safety performance and culture Coordinate the investigation and management of incidents (including major incidents) alongside a recent NEBOSH qualified colleague, providing advice on root cause, prevention and sharing lessons learned. Lead internal Health & Safety auditing and complete audits (where required) to maintain a safe working environment. Develop SHEQ Policies and Procedures and deploy these throughout the site. Maintain and monitor H&S Training matrix and schedule within the team. Identify gaps in compliance and develop roadmaps to drive closure of identified items through the team. Manage SHEQ improvement projects. Oversee and drive SHEQ improvement projects in conjunction with key stakeholders.
