The Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and organised
Events Coordinator
to deliver a varied programme of business events, training sessions, and partner-led activities. This is a hands-on role managing events from planning through to delivery, with a strong focus on customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and deliver a wide range of events and training sessions
Manage suppliers, client queries, bookings, payments, and post-event reporting
Host and support both in-person and virtual events, ensuring smooth execution
Research and develop new event ideas to engage members and businesses
Gather stories and images to support event marketing campaigns
Maintain accurate records, payments, and reporting through CRM systems
Liaise with speakers, partners, and stakeholders, providing professional support
Support setup/pack-down of events and room hire, including refreshments
About You:
Strong organisational and communication skills
Previous experience in events management or coordination
Confident working with digital platforms and CRM systems
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to host events
