The Role Details
* Contract: 37.5 hours per week
* Shifts: 07:00–14:30 and 14:30–22:00, with occasional waking nights and alternate weekends
* Driving Requirement: Must hold a full UK Driving Licence to operate company vehicles

You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities include:
* Staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training
* Medication and finance audits
* Health and safety checks
* Liaising with families and professionals

Located in a peaceful residential area, the service supports three men aged 30–40 with learning disabilities, mild mental health conditions, and schizophrenia. Their interests include:
* Cooking and shopping
* Watching TV and using iPads
* Horse racing and swimming
* Music, cars, and socialising in the community
Nearby amenities include Rushall Library, Bloxwich Active Living Centre, and a range of shops, restaurants, and leisure facilities in Walsall, Wolverhampton, and Birmingham.
