Position: Credit Control Analyst / Specialist
Your new role
1. Analyse and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of receivables and minimise aged debt exposure.
2. Monitor payment trends and customer behaviour to identify potential credit risks and rmend mitigation strategies.
3. Conduct root-cause analysis on overdue accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and streamline the order-to-cash process.
4. Prepare and interpret aged debt reports, cash flow forecasts, and performance metrics to support decision-making and improve collection efficiency.
5. Reconcileplex accounts and ensure data accuracy across financial systems, supporting audit andpliance requirements.
6. Contribute to the development and optimisation of credit control processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
7. CICM qualification (or working towards) preferred.
8. Experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial analysis.
9. Strong academic background in finance, business, or a related field.
10. Microsoft Excel (advanced functions including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis tools)
