Learning support assistant

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive and nurturing school community in Bournemouth. This rewarding role involves supporting children with additional learning needs, helping them to access education, develop confidence and achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to provide tailored support both in and out of the classroom. The successful candidate will be patient, resilient and passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of young people.
