o Monday - Friday dayshift
o £26,000 – 30,000 d.o.e
o OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL DUE TO LOCATION
About the Customer Service Representative’s job
* Be the first point of contact for customer queries, via email and phone
o Responsible for the management of a select number of customer accounts
o Handle any order, delivery and invoice issues with accounts
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
The right Customer Service Representative’s candidate
* Proven experience of handling customer accounts and queries
o Experience within the logistics sector
o Excellent and timely communication skills both written and verbal
o Ability to handle and prioritise own workload in a fast paced environment
