Cogent Staffing are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This position is essential for delivering projects on time and assisting the Commercial Manager in achieving the companys strategic business objectives.The ideal candidate must haveminimum 10 years in project management, ideally in managing senior-level business contracts within engineering manufacturing.Work details & salary

* Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, early finish Fridays

Key Responsibilities
1. Share the responsibility for the consistent performance of the Contracts team under the guidance of the Commercial Manager (CM).
2. Train, guide, and instruct project coordinators and contract assistants in accordance with company procedures and best practices.
3. Supervise the contracts team to ensure effective project handling and optimal outcomes for both the company and customers.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive cash flow report within the next three months, ensuring it is functional for all members of the contracts team.
5. Regularly update QP22 reports on a weekly basis.
