About the Role The Vale Medical Practice are seeking a salaried GP to join their experienced team.
We offer:
Competitive remuneration package based on experience and qualifications £10,500 to £11,250
4 sessions per week
Hours are negotiable
Permanent position with flexible contract options
Long-term locum could be considered. Also option of Extended Access session, 5pm – 8pm Monday and Wednesday as a limited company - £100 per hour.

Newly qualified GPs (within one year of CCT completion) will be supported to join the Training Hub’s comprehensive two-year New to Practice Fellowship Programme, offering CPD activities, peer support networks, and deeper understanding of general practice and primary care
We also actively encourage portfolio working and would be more than happy to discuss any areas of special interest you may have.
We are active in IT and technical projects, and our managing partner is on the Digital Transformation course.
We support gynae/women’s/sexual health including implant fitting and host the hospital outreach gynae service.
Finally, we are also a Tier 2 Sponsoring practice and would support any applicants requiring a Tier 2 visa.

About the Candidate All applicants should have the following qualifications:
Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
Be on the NHSE medical performers list
and skills, including:
Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
