Teaching Assistants Required – Bury Area (Start Date: October) We are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join schools across the Bury area, starting in October. This role focuses on providing essential support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN. Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and tailored learning strategies. Support the class teacher in managing the classroom and maintaining a positive learning environment. Foster inclusion and independence for all students. Requirements: Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN is highly desirable. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting learning. Relevant qualifications (such as Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
