We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at The Bull Otford Kent. You will assist the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation while setting and maintaining a standard of excellence and creating extraordinary dishes.
You will help lead a team of dedicated and experienced professionals and report to the Head Chef. You will also be responsible for motivating, developing, and training the more junior members of the brigade.
We change the menu daily to utilize market offers. We use local artisan suppliers to get the best produce.

Entry Requirements: We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Chef with experience in a similar role within the industry.
You should be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and have attention to detail to deliver outstanding quality and service.
