Key Responsibilities of a HGV Technician Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and maintenance on HGVs to manufacturer standards. Diagnose faults and conduct fault finding using industry-standard tools and techniques. Ensure all work is completed within agreed timeframes and to the required quality standards. Follow warranty procedures and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used. Work collaboratively with the parts team to ensure correct replacement parts are fitted.
