Interaction Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of their client, a specialist joinery contractor working across bespoke staircases, kitchens, flooring, and high-end joinery installations.
Pay Rate: £18.00 p/h
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 08:00 to 17:00 (Overtime available)
Key Responsibilities:
* Manufacture and fit bespoke joinery including staircases, flooring, and occasionally kitchens
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools in a workshop and/or site environment
* Read and interpret technical drawings
* Carry out joinery installations on construction sites to a high standard
* Work as part of a skilled team to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
* Valid CSCS Card
* Proven experience in construction-based joinery (not furniture or maintenance)
* Confident using woodworking machinery and tools
* Full UK Driving Licence - a work van and fuel card will be provided
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
