Are you an experienced Quality Control Laboratory Technician looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to join a well-established and innovative business, supporting laboratory operations and ensuring all quality standards, GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements are always maintained.
In the Quality Control Laboratory Technician role, you will be:
1. Supporting daily quality control laboratory operations, testing activities and validation processes
2. Ensuring all laboratory procedures, SOPs and GMP standards are followed accurately and consistently
3. Completing laboratory documentation, records and logbooks promptly and accurately
4. Reporting equipment faults, deviations, non-conformances and supporting investigations when required
5. Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, health & safety and environmental practices within the laboratory
6. Supporting continuous improvement activities, stock control and wider production teams as required
To be considered for the Quality Control Laboratory Technician, you will need:
7. A Degree in a science-based subject, or equivalent internal training
8. Previous experience within a Quality Control or laboratory-based role
9. A good understanding of GMP, health & safety and environmental practices
10. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
11. Good communication and problem-solving abilities
12. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
13. Experience using Microsoft Office packages
14. A flexible and proactive approach to work
15. Lean Manufacturing knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
