After our rebrand from ELeather, we're entering our next chapter with brand awareness at an all-time high new category-defining products in the marketplace, and a growing spotlight on our role as a sustainability leader.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about building brand momentum across platforms and industries. You’ll work closely with our CMO, Director of Sales & Marketing, and agency partners across PR and Creative. This is a rare opportunity to help define and scale the voice of a company reshaping sustainable manufacturing from the inside out.
What you'll do:
* Execute global marketing strategy across digital platforms, events & campaigns
* Own and evolve our content calendar and social media storytelling
* Coordinate key tradeshows, industry events and product launches
* Collaborate with our CMO, Director of Sales & Marketing, and agency partners
* Drive sales enablement with tailored messaging and go-to-market toolkits
* Manage email marketing, website content, and internal communications
* Maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints and design consistency
You bring:
* 5+ years marketing experience in B2B/B2B2C industries
* 1-2 years of managerial or senior coordinator experience
* Global brand experience and multi-geography campaigns
* Proficiency in Salesforce, email automation, and PowerPoint
* Natural storyteller with excellent communication skills
* Passion for sustainability and circular economy
Location: Location: UK-based (London, Cambridge, or Peterborough area). Hybrid remote/in-person with 2–3 days in-office minimum. Postcode PE7 3HH.
