A globally recognised design and build studio is on the lookout for a confident, client-facing Senior Workplace Designer to join their established team, they’re renowned for delivering some of London’s most progressive workplace environments.

The Role
This is a senior, design‑led, and client‑heavy position where you’ll be at the forefront of winning and delivering exceptional workplace projects across London and Europe.
You’ll play a key role in pitching, securing, and shaping projects—working closely with clients from the earliest stages through to delivery. Expect to be involved in high‑profile, design‑driven schemes, with a strong emphasis on creativity and storytelling.
Alongside your client work, you’ll mentor and oversee junior designers, helping to elevate the overall design output of the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading client presentations, pitches, and tender submissions
* Acting as a key client contact throughout project lifecycles
* Driving concept design with a strong creative vision
* Delivering projects using Revit
* Overseeing and mentoring junior designers
* Collaborating with internal teams across design, build, and project management
* Working on predominantly London‑based projects, with some European account work
What They’re Looking For
* A confident, client‑facing designer who enjoys building relationships
* Proven experience in pitching and winning work
* Strong commercial awareness and experience bringing in tenders
* Proficiency in Revit
* A highly creative, design‑led portfolio
* Experience leading or mentoring junior team members
* Background in workplace or commercial interiors
