Off-Cycle Analyst - Private Capital Solutions (Primary Funds & Secondary Transactions)
Keybridge Capital is a London-based private capital advisory firm focused on private funds capital formation, secondary transaction support, and complex liquidity solutions across private market strategies. We work closely with GPs, LPs, and counterparties across fundraising, secondaries, and broader advisory mandates.
We are seeking a full-time Off-Cycle Analyst to join the firm with immediate effect. This is a hands-on role across private capital solutions, including private funds and secondary transactions, with a view to conversion into a full-time Associate position upon successful completion.
The role is designed for candidates who want meaningful exposure to live mandates and the operating pace of a growing advisory platform. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members across both execution and business development, supporting investor tracking, CRM management, market mapping, outreach coordination, project management, and preparation of external materials.
Responsibilities
* Help maintain outreach discipline and relationship coverage across LPs, buyers, sellers, and broader market participants
* Assist with project management across live mandates and internal workflows
* Maintain CRM accuracy and internal record-keeping across investor, buyer, seller, and counterparty activity
* Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and broader internal organization
* Prepare long lists, investor maps, and target buyer lists
* Support omni-channel outreach initiatives across email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
* Assist with preparation of teaser materials, briefing materials, and other external collateral
Candidate Profile
* Strong academic background from a top university
* Prior exposure to private funds advisory, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, secondaries, or fund placement
* Strong understanding of professional standards, discretion, and attention to detail
* Highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple workstreams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Relationship-oriented, with sound commercial judgement
* Comfortable using AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency
