We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to integrate and oversee the daily operations of our popular establishment. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that our guests receive an unparalleled dining experience.
Duties
* Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
* Manage staff effectively, providing supervision and guidance to ensure high standards of service and performance.
* Implement and uphold food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
* Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering processes for kitchen supplies.
* Foster a positive work environment through team management and leadership.
* Develop menus in collaboration with culinary staff, ensuring quality and creativity in offerings.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Conduct regular training sessions for staff on hospitality standards, food safety, and operational procedures.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.

* Proven experience in restaurant management with a strong understanding of food preparation and culinary techniques.
