Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a Stock Controller for an established business based in Derby. This role involves analysing stock movements, investigating discrepancies, and producing clear reports to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Keep all stock data accurate, updated, and consistently recorded across departments.
* Produce regular stock reports and variance summaries.
* Investigate discrepancies and work with managers to resolve issues.
* Support ERP updates and suggest process improvements.
* Assist with month-end stock reconciliations and adjustments.
* Work closely with Finance, Operations, and Analysts to explain findings.
Skills & Experience
* Experience with ERP systems.
* Solid Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation/reporting tools.
* Prior experience with stock management/reporting.
