What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
* Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are always a top priority
* Maintaining food quality and consistency in every dish
* Helping to lead and motivate the team, creating a positive and fun work environment
* Contributing ideas to the seasonal specials board
* Supporting stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
What Were Looking For:
* A passionate and organised chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie looking to step up
* A team player with leadership skills and a positive attitude
* A commitment to food safety, hygiene, and high standards
* Someone who enjoys working in a creative kitchen environment where ideas are encouraged
