Based in Derbyshire with branches in Ilkeston, Long Eaton, and Ripley, we require candidates to have a full UK driving license and access to their own vehicle.
Our shift patterns:
We guarantee a minimum number of hours, avoiding zero-hour contracts. Our team can also opt to take on additional hours. To ensure weekends off, all team members must be available on their scheduled shifts and work every other weekend.
* Full-time rota pattern - 30 guaranteed hours/week: Mix of morning, lunch, and tea calls, typically involving 3 bed runs per week.
* Early shift pattern - 20 guaranteed hours/week: Morning and lunch calls (7am-3pm).
* Late shift pattern - 15 guaranteed hours/week: Tea and bed calls (4pm-10:30pm).
Support includes areas like Ilkeston, Heanor, West Hallam, and others listed.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-standard care and support to individuals in their homes.
* Driving to support 13-15 clients daily.
* Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, household tasks, meal prep, medication, mobility, and recreational activities.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals and documenting visits accurately.
* Attending mandatory training sessions.

Company benefits and pay
* Guaranteed hours contracts, no zero-hour arrangements.
* Pay: £12.10/hour, plus £2.10 per visit.
