The Role
Work from Cardiff or Bristol as part of our National Development & Infrastructure Planning Team. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing planning strategies, Local Plan representations, and Planning Statements.
* Supporting Planning Directors and liaising with stakeholders to navigate planning applications.
* Mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Engaging in business development to grow our client portfolio.
Requirements
* Full RTPI chartered membership with strong experience in planning consultancy.
* Advanced knowledge of local planning and policy, with strategic problem-solving skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to drive client and stakeholder engagement.
