Project Engineer & Facilities Manager
Overseeing technical, engineering and facility projects to ensure on-time deliverables with a high level of accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently demonstrate an ability to engage with teams and translate improvement requirements into implementable tasks with practical timelines. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role is hands-on. Key duties include: Identify, prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor any improvement or innovation projects or facility upgrades. Present business plans and works proposals with key deliverables, budgets and performance improvement for board approval. Monitor compliance to applicable codes of practice, QA/QC policies, performance standards, safety controls and specifications Interact daily with the business and third-party employed clients to meet project requirements.
