Working with the Senior Commercial Manager, you'll support the delivery of major transport projects by driving high‑quality commercial reporting, insurance management, and governance support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly KRA/KPI reporting: gather inputs, update schedules, ensure approvals, and present at project meetings.
Attend project meetings to provide informed updates on KRAs, KPIs, programme, risks, and change events.
Manage monthly Applications for Payment (AfPs): set up templates, check actions, and ensure accuracy.
Own project insurance monitoring: maintain documentation on SharePoint, track budgets and policy dates, liaise with brokers, and coordinate information for future policies.
Support insurance claims: track cases, work with loss adjustors, gather evidence, and manage invoicing schedules.
Prepare reports and briefings for programme and executive governance meetings.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive positive project outcomes.
Support commercial assurance activities, including stage gate reviews.
Assist with procurement tasks as required
