Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to support our operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience, excellent computer skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Creating Finished Products Specifications;
* Maintaining Specifications for Raw Materials, Packaging and Chemicals;
* Reviewing and Signing Off Product Labels;
* Creating Quality Assurance Standards for New Products;
* Assisting with BRCGS admin functions;
* Assisting with Complaint Responses and Trendings;
* Internal Auditing;
* Assisting New Product Launches;
* Assisting with Implementations of New Policies and Procedures, including Trainings.
Skills
* Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
* Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and document processing.
* Demonstrated clerical experience with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience with HACCP, BRCGS valued
