European Customer Service Representative
Location: Wrexham | Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-time

We're partnering with a global leader in advanced materials and chemical solutions, who are looking to appoint a European Customer Service Representative to join their high-performing Composite Materials team in Wrexham.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal, customer representative role where you will manage a portfolio of European customers, acting as their primary point of contact. You will take ownership of the full order lifecycle while working collaboratively across internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
You'll play a key role in maintaining service excellence, supporting supply chain coordination, and driving customer satisfaction across a complex, international landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders end-to-end, from order entry through to delivery and invoicing
Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Planning, Logistics, Quality, and Sales
Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and contract data within system(s)
Manage customer portals, including order uploads, KPI tracking, and documentation
Support the resolution of customer queries, complaints, rebates, and deductions
Ensure export compliance and accurate preparation of shipping documentation
Monitor customer performance metrics and proactively resolve any issues
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service delivery
About You
Experience in a customer service, order management, or supply chain environment
Strong ERP system experience (SAP highly desirable)
Understanding of export processes, invoicing, and customer account management
Ability to manage complex orders and prioritise effectively
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Fluent in English, plus an additional European language (French, Spanish, or German preferred)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
