Salary: 65,000 - 80,000 + Car / Car allowance + Pension + Health

My client is seeking a Contracts Manager to cover a portfolio of schemes predominantly based across the South East. The role will encompass managing a portfolio of projects (3/4 at one time) site based with other days based from home or office. The organisation is a building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality internal and refurbishment schemes including fit-out and M&E works ranging from a few 100k to 5M in value.
The successful Contracts Manager would need to be able to manage the following:-
Construction
* All projects delivered to all safety, cost and programme/quality targets. Snag free, On Time, RIDDOR free with a Delighted Client.
* Will be supported by site teams including project managers, site managers & engineers.
Ideal candidate
* Internal/ M&E build background
* Previous experience in a similar role (managing multiple projects)
* Proactive approach & Forward thinker
* SMSTS minimum
* CSCS card
