The Opportunity

The menu focuses on fresh, seasonal dishes, all prepared in-house. You’ll have genuine creative freedom, the opportunity to contribute your own specials, and responsibility for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
As an independently owned Gastro Pub, you’ll benefit from direct access to the owners, quick decision-making, and no restrictions when it comes to replacing or investing in new equipment.
The pub enjoys a strong following from local sports venues, with a loyal base of regular customers. They pride themselves on delivering great service, offering seasonal specials, and fostering a friendly, supportive working environment.
What We’re Looking For
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
* A chef who is eager to grow and help develop an already established business
* A team player with a no-ego attitude and a genuine passion for quality food
* Someone who truly loves working with fresh, clean, seasonal produce
* Great knowledge on Haccp and cleanliness
