QTS Primary Teacher - Mainstream School - Hertfordshire

Your Role as a QTS Primary Teacher
As a QTS Primary Teacher In Hertfordshire, You Will
* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs such as Autism and ADHD.
* Establish a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
* Use assessment tools effectively to track progress, set targets, and inform teaching strategies.
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and parents to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive.
* Promote behaviour regulation strategies and inclusive practices to engage all learners in the curriculum.
* Take an active role in contributing to the wider life of the school community.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a QTS Primary Teacher in Hertfordshire who:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience working in a primary school setting.
* Has a proven ability to deliver engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Demonstrates an understanding of supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, or other SEN within a mainstream setting.
* Brings excellent classroom management skills and a positive, resilient attitude.
* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
* Is passionate about inclusion, child-centred learning, and making a genuine difference.
