We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Slitter Operator to join a growing production team. If you have mechanical aptitude, care about quality, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up and operate slitter machines to cut material (paper, film, foil, etc.) to precise widths
* Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting
* Adjust slitting parameters based on material specs
* Follow safety protocols and company procedures
* Record production data and report any issues
Qualifications:
* Previous machine operating or slitter experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Basic math and measurement skills
* Team-oriented and dependable
