About the Role
Swim Wales is seeking an Executive Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Senior Management Team (SMT), and Board. This full-time, permanent position is based at the Wales National Pool Swansea, with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
* Diary management and scheduling for senior executives.
* Board administration including minutes, agendas, and action logs.
* Supporting strategic tracking and internal coordination for corporate events and training.
* Managing organizational processes such as annual reports, risk registers, and staff appraisals.
* Providing general administrative support across departments as needed.
Person Specification
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Excellent communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Discreet in handling confidential information.
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Full driving license and access to a vehicle preferred.
