As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development to help your team excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering outstanding results.

* Are experienced in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards, and understand the financial aspects of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
* Are committed to building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and ongoing development, fostering personal and professional growth.
* Are a forward-thinking problem solver, able to make quick decisions and think on your feet.
What we look for |
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported.
* Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
* Experience managing labor costs and adapting to changing demands.
* A leader who inspires and engages their team to thrive in their roles and careers.
* Passionate about creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and belongs.
* A forward-thinking problem solver, capable of quick decision-making.
