Harris Hill is recruiting for a Programme Lead on behalf of a community-focused organisation delivering impactful support programmes for children, families and local communities.
This role will lead the delivery of funded community programmes, managing partnerships, budgets, reporting and programme outcomes while ensuring high-quality, inclusive services.
About you
You will have:
* Experience managing funded programmes in the charity, community or public sector
* Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills
* Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Experience working with community or family support programmes is desirable.

* Lead programme delivery and development
* Manage external partnerships and stakeholder relationships
* Oversee monitoring, reporting and compliance
* Manage programme budgets and resources
* Support and line manage staff and delivery partners
