About this role
If you have experience working in retail and are passionate to become an essential member of the retail operations team at Crystal Palace FC, we have a role for you! We are looking for a customer‑service focused, organised and self‑motivated retail assistant to work on the shop floor, ensure merchandising display and product is maintained to a high standard and stocked properly, use the till system and provide the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
* Working on the shop floor providing customer service
* Operating the till
* Packing sales
* Stocking shelves where required
* Pricing merchandise
* Shirt printing of names and numbers
* Working in the store rooms re‑organising merchandise storage
* Receiving deliveries into storage
* Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager
* Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
* Previous retail experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good time management and organisational skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Detail orientated
* Enthusiastic when you approach all tasks
