Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory, voluntary, and private sector services available to victims and survivors and their families, ensuring seamless and responsive pathways. Resolve client queries both face to face and by telephone, acting as an escalation point for the Health & Wellbeing administrative staff. Identify barriers to accessing care and work with clients and agencies to reduce or remove them. Act as an escalation point for stakeholder enquiries, liaising with other agencies professionally and communicating sensitive information with empathy and reassurance in line with data protection legislation. Handle sensitive client information respectfully and in line with the Data Protection Act and relevant codes of ethics. Ensure timely written communication with clients and follow up where required. Maintain stakeholder confidence through professionalism, accountability, and integrity. Essential Criteria: 5 GCSEs grade A-C (or equivalent), including English and Maths. Minimum 2 years' experience managing complex client interactions (face-to-face and telephone), including complaints. Minimum 2 years' experience processing high volumes of information in line with office policies and procedures. Minimum 2 years' experience effectively working in a team environment. Minimum 2 years' experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) in a business context. Minimum 1 year's experience line managing staff.
