Responsibilities:
* Architecting complex custom Drupal solutions
* Adhering to Drupal coding standards & best practices
* Aiming to solve complex problems and troubleshooting urgent issues
* Collaborating with project managers and development team
* Providing actionable feedback to managers and teammates
* Estimating level of effort for project tasks
Requirements:
* 3+ years experience of hands on Drupal development at an agency level
* Use of Git (GitHub, Azure, GitLab) as well as dev ops tools such as GitHub Actions, Composer, or Buddy Works
* Knowledge of hosting providers such as Aquia and Pantheon
* Strong communicator to technical & non-technical stakeholders including clients and 3rd party vendors
* Knowledge and interest in newest practices within Drupal
* Performing code reviews for peers and giving constructive feedback
* Integrating external services including payment processors, membership software, CRMs
Nice to Have:
* Creating headless Drupal applications - including Next.JS or React
* Experience with unit testing - including Cypress or Husky
* Experience mentoring and leading a team
