The Priory is a well established community pub which is situated to the north west of Hull. It is known for being a local hub and focal point, bringing the customers from it's surrounding residential area together along with sports teams and guests looking for food or entertainment!
The Priory is served by a large main bar the lay out is split in to two main trading areas within the main lounge used for drinkers, diners and entertainment as well as a place to relax. To the rear of the pub there are two pool tables and a darts board whilst still leaving a large comfortable room for guests to drink or dine whilst watching live sports. There is also a good sized patio area to the rear for guests to soak up the sun along with free parking available for guests to the side of the premises.
The priory is situated in a busy area with plenty of passing trade, with several housing areas very close by and local amenities; whilst still close to the city centre.
The site is currently trading approx. £12,500 per week with a split of 85/15 in favour of wet sales. We are looking for someone to build food sales along with driving live sports and entertainment. We are ideally looking for a couple or partnership with strong management skills, passionate about sports, entrepreneurial and hungry to be part of the local community.
