Your role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital part in our team, ensuring residents receive exceptional care and support, and helping them enjoy daily routines, maintain independence, and feel safe and valued.
What you’ll do
* Empower independence: Support residents with daily routines and encourage self‑sufficiency.
* Personalised care: Follow care plans and provide attentive, hands‑on support.
* Health & wellbeing: Monitor health and report concerns to nursing team.
* Champion dignity: Treat every resident with respect and kindness.
* Social support: Promote social interaction and create a warm environment.
* Safety & comfort: Maintain clean, safe spaces and respond promptly to emergencies.
* Nutritional support: Assist with eating and drinking.
* Spread joy: Bring positivity and smiles every day.
About you
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential); willingness to learn and grow is key.
* Previous care assistant experience is a bonus.
* Value teamwork, kindness, and making a difference.
