Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering background looking to take ownership of a high-impact programme?
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a strategically important, cross-functional project through its final stages-ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
The Role
This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of a critical programme, driving progress and ensuring successful delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the overall project plan through to completion
Coordinating a multi-disciplinary team across engineering and technical functions
Overseeing validation, testing, and related project activities
Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholdersApproximately 60% of the role will focus on project leadership, with the remaining 40% overseeing a small technical team.
About You
You will be a confident and organised leader, capable of driving projects forward while managing technical teams effectively.
Key requirements:
Proven project management experience within an engineering or technical environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and planning ability
A solid engineering background
Experience working with cross-functional teams; exposure to validation and testing is advantageous
