Teaching Assistant - Kettering Area Tradewind Recruitment Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work in a range of primary and secondary schools in the Kettering and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and gaining valuable experience in education. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help pupils with their learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. Roles may include working 1:1 with students, supporting small groups, or assisting the whole class.
