Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: Previous experience in an IT Support role (1st & 2nd line preferred) Knowledge of IT Support ticketing systems Ability to support MS O365, Windows 11, Active Directory etc. Demonstrable experience of hardware support, laptop builds, patching, etc. A self-starter able to work with minimum supervision A strong desire to be involved in various infrastructure projects Willingness to travel to other sites as required by the business Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your work efficiently Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for the IT Helpdesk Closing helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs Involvement in various infrastructure projects to enhance IT functions Providing high-quality support to the wider business user base Collaborating with the IT Manager for career progression and support Technologies: Active Directory Hardware Support Windows Office 365 More: We are an innovative company based in Edinburgh City Centre, offering a hybrid work model (3 days on-site after probation).
