Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor - Johnnie Walker Job Title: Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor Location: Johnnie Walker, 145 Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4BL Salary: 16.72 per hour Hours: 24.5 hours per week Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 21:30 - 05:00 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the iconic Johnnie Walker site in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong cleaning experience and supervisory skills to lead a team and ensure high standards are consistently delivered in a prestigious city centre environment. What you'll do: Supervise and support the night cleaning team to deliver exceptional standards Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in line with site requirements Monitor performance and provide guidance and support to team members Maintain health and safety standards at all times Conduct regular checks to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met Support with training and development of team members What you bring: Previous cleaning experience within a commercial environment Supervisory experience or the ability to lead and motivate a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What we offer: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it's a chance to be part of something greater.
