You and your team will partner with four Executive Committee members — CFO, CPO, CRO, Trading Director and Operations Director — to shape and execute people strategies that drive commercial performance across Trading & Operations, Finance, Risk and People.In addition to strategic HR business partnering, you will have accountability for Employee Relations & Policy across IG Group.
