What will you be doing?
Working within the SHEQ (Health, Safety, Environment & Quality) team you will support the SHEQ Manager by taking the lead on the Health & Safety element of the role, which will involve the following;
* Understanding our approach to managing SHEQ risk and delivering best in class performance across our projects
* Integrating within the wider project teams to understand day to day challenges and assist in providing solutions to them
* Working with Thames Water to deliver collaborative approaches to SHEQ
* Embedding SHEQ into the project management lifecycle of project design and delivery
* Highlighting opportunity for safer methods of working and sustainable solutions
* Trending and analysis of key performance data to drive positive SHEQ performance
* Maintenance and adherence to our externally certified management systems
Whilst the role is based out of East London, the role requires you to travel to a variety of sites and offices across London and surrounding areas to support operational teams in the delivery of our projects.

Have achieved or on track to achieve a degree in an engineering, health & safety, or environmental management fieldEligible to work in the UK *Unfortunately, this role does not meet the minimum salary requirements for sponsorship on this roleHave the ability to travel to the office and sites across London and surrounding areas (some of our sites are difficult to access through public transport) Meaning a full UK driving licence would be preferred.Flexibility - Successful candidates will need to be flexible and willing to spend time in other offices and sites.Great communication skills.
