About Finnmark Sauna:
Finnmark Sauna is the UK's premier supplier of authentic Sauna, Steam, Spa, and Wellness products. We're known for delivering world-class bespoke sauna projects and selling over 4,000 high-quality wellness products through our thriving eCommerce platform.
As our marketing and digital presence continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced eCommerce & Digital Executive to support all areas within the eCom/Digital Marketing team, helping improve all aspects of our website and marketing efforts to help achieve our wider commercial goals.
THE ROLE:
We're looking for a sharp, versatile eCommerce & Digital Executive to lead the implementation of how our website looks, works, and performs. This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business - equal parts creative and analytical, with the autonomy to shape how customers experience Finnmark online.
You'll be the person who makes things happen on-site: building landing pages, optimising product listings, improving the customer journey, managing product data, and ensuring every page reflects the quality our brand stands for. You won't just maintain the site... You'll actively look for ways to make it better.
This is a broad role by design. We want someone who thrives on variety, can self-teach when needed (with AI tools, documentation, or good initiative), and takes genuine pride in the detail. If you're the kind of person who enjoys solving problems, learning new skills, and putting their name to work they're proud of, you'll fit right in.
There is clear career progression in this role for the right person, with the opportunity to grow into a senior position as the business scales.
Please note, this role is office-based with our teams at HQ, in Spennymoor, Durham.
