C Tie, one of Europe's leading suppliers of premium Cable Accessories, is looking for a proactive and people-focused Account Manager to strengthen and grow relationships with our valued clients across the UK & European market.
You'll be the trusted partner for a basket of our accounts, ensuring they get the most from our solutions, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving long-term customer success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and turning opportunities into results.

Your Mission
* Grow Existing Accounts – Nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
* Spot Opportunities – Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell potential within your accounts
* Be the Trusted Partner – Understand each client's business needs and position our products as the go-to solution
* Stay Ahead – Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and market developments to bring fresh insights to your clients
* Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and report key wins to management
What We're Looking For
* Previous account management or customer-facing sales experience preferred
* Relationship builder with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Resilient, proactive, and commercially minded with a customer-first approach
* Organised and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
* Comfortable with CRM systems, MS Office, and modern sales tools
* A team player with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
