Location: Basingstoke Background check required: DBS - Basic Closing Date: 17 May 2024 We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Kier Places Team in Basingstoke Location: Basingstoke - Hybrid working available Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12months - Full Time Responsibilities As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Places Team, supporting them in the delivery and execution of Projects Your day to day will include: Support the development and maintenance all project plans and ensure all milestones and deliverables are met within agreed timelines ad business outcomes within scope are met. Monitor and track progress on all actions associated with the project. Arrange and facilitate workshops with all parties to support the development of requirements, process and design. Lead on routine progress update meetings. Support the development of all project related documentation, e.g. PID, SOW's, etc. Document, manage and progress project change requests through approval and delivery. Managing 3rd party suppliers and their deliverables within the project. What are we looking for? This role of Project Manager is great for you if: Strong demonstratable experience leading large projects and programmes of work Familiar with working in a PRINCE2, Waterfall and Agile environments. Appreciation of change management methodologies e.g. ADKAR and how to utilise these to drive project success and early adoption within the business.
